These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OffCycle ("Service"), operated by OffCycle ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OffCycle. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 13 and that the information you provide is accurate. You may only create one account per person.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your use of OffCycle is strictly limited to the following personal, non-commercial activities:
Nothing beyond this list is permitted. If your use case is not explicitly listed above, it is prohibited.

Scraping is prohibited and carries financial penalties. Automated or systematic extraction of data from OffCycle — including but not limited to company names, contact emails, internship listings, or any other database content — is strictly prohibited.

We actively monitor access patterns. Unusual request volume, sequential data access, or non-browser user agents will be flagged and investigated. By accepting these Terms, you consent to this monitoring.
The OffCycle database, platform design, AI email drafting system, and all associated content are the proprietary property of OffCycle. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes only.
All purchases on OffCycle are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase, provided the account has not substantially used the Service. Specifically, refunds will not be issued if the account has unlocked 50 or more contact emails, generated 3 or more AI email drafts, or otherwise made material use of paid features. OffCycle provides access to firm data and outreach tools — we do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview requests, or responses from firms, and the absence of such outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase date with the email address associated with your account. Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms (including the scraping prohibition) are not eligible for refunds.
OffCycle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that contact emails are deliverable, that internship programs remain open, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Use of the Service and any outreach you conduct is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffCycle's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or its users. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which OffCycle is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
